About Katherine

Hi! My name is Katherine. I don't have any children of my own, but I did raise my baby sister (10 year age gap) from when I was 10 to 18. I full time babysat her through every summer as well as afterschool which included picking her up and making her meals. I have been cooking since I was 8. After getting married, my husband was in the Navy, so I babysat for the military moms on base. Later, I babysat occasionally for friends with kids. There was a bit of break in my child care service when we moved to WA because we didn't know anyone here. My husband's family actually calls me the baby whisperer since I've met babies that dislike or will cry at everyone except for their parents and myself. I've also had the same with meeting pets that didn't like other people as well. Currently, I'm just a stay at home wife and part time artist. So if you're looking for someone great with babies, young children and animals, easy going, experienced, calm, but energetic, and artistic; I'm your girl!
