About Katherine

Hi! My name is Katie and I am looking for a nanny position in Tampa. I have my own car with a clean record. I moved to Tampa from Louisville Kentucky with my dog Sol who is more like my child than my dog. I love animals and being outdoors. I went to The University of Tampa for one year for Theatre and plan to go back eventually to finish my degree. I am a nurturing and enthusiastic childcare provider with four years of experience in daycares and 2 years in volunteer summer camp work. I've worked with babies as little as 6 months and also had a class of six toddlers. I have experience with older kids as well up to 12 years old in summer camps. I have also babysat two kids one 4 and one 3 years. My energetic and positive personality creates a joyful and engaging environment for children. I love being outdoors and being very active. I believe that children learn from play and should have constant engagement for learning. I enjoy arts and crafts and am very good with animals!
