About Kathleen

I have three years of experience working as a summer camp counselor for kids from 5 - 16 years old. I would take kids to playgrounds, lead craft activities, take kids on hikes, kayak/canoe/stand-up paddle boarding trips, do overnight care, supervise pool activities, etc. For those jobs, I also had cooking and cleaning responsibilities. Additionally, I have babysat long term for infants and children ages 0-6, and au-paired for twin 12-year-old boys in Rome in the Spring of 2021. I am excited to do all sorts of fun activities with your kids, and am a huge fan of learning through play, especially arts and crafts. I have my own car (very reliable) and absolutely love animals! I am a non-smoker, love swimming, and am fully vaccinated and boosted. I am willing to help out with household chores (cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.) I am a graduate student at GMU, and am able to do date-nights and occasional sitting this summer!
