About Kathleen

I'd describe my personality as happy, compassionate and kind. I like caring for seniors because I am passionate about staying active. I believe activity and mobility are the key to health. I love to encourage and help all ages to achieve their activities of daily life. I think movement not only helps the body. It helps the brain and it is a gift to family and friends and yourself. I am so excited to work with people who want to continue growing. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help and others. I am passionate about being active and helping others do the same. I started caring for seniors when my parents became ill. I was in a retirement neighborhood and loved to help people go for walks grocery shop, walk their dog and be mobile and move so they could be more independent. In my spare time, I like to run hike, play Pickleball, tennis, cycle, ski, paddle and be outdoors. One thing you should know about me is I am loyal, reliable, smart, and kind. I will be there for you.
