I cared for my parents and my elderly aunt for many years before they passed away and would like to think knowing I was there for them helped. My most recent position has been to care for a 90-year-old lovely woman. I helped her with medication, reminders, dressing, companionship, making lunch and dinner for her. She was an absolute joy.
