About Kathryn

Hello parents! Thanks for taking the time to look at my profile. I am currently looking for a summer position but am open to longer term for the right fit I have 10+ years of experience as a nanny and educator. I'm playful, creative, and very responsible. Safety is my primary concern and I am currently certified in adult and pediatric CPR and First Aid. I love going on outdoor adventures, facilitating creative play and have been known to start the (more than) occasional dance party! I was a toddler gymnastics instructor for 3 years and became an expert at keeping children safe and entertained. In my most recent position, I spent over a year caring for a child from 8mth to 2 years. I took him to the botanical gardens, nature center, music class and so much more. I love sharing my love of plants and nature with children. In addition, I play guitar and have a lovely singing voice. I find singing to be a great way to encourage positive behavior and learning!
