About Kathryn

Hi! I have worked with and cared for children since I was 11 years old including babysitting, church nursery, daycare, teaching in a classroom, and camp counselor. I have been a nanny for the last 15 years and was with my most recent family for the last 10 years. I am currently teaching a homeschool hybrid co-op K/1st class three days a week at Little Hearts Academy. I have worked with children of all ages and while infants and toddlers are probably my favorite age group, I have enjoyed working with all ages. I have worked with both small and large families, the most recent having six children. I am trauma informed and a TBRI Practitioner and have a heart in particular for adoptees and the struggles they face as I am adopted myself. I love to play outside, go to playgrounds, swim, do all kinds of crafts and other creative activities, and bake fun things in the kitchen with the children in my care.
