About Katie

Hi, my name is Katie. I'm 37 years old and love working with children. I'm a low-tech/no-tech nanny, and unless directed by the parents, I prefer not to use technology for entertainment while children are in my care. I prefer to play card/board games, drawing/coloring, or more interactive games like hide-and-seek/tag. I have always enjoyed working with kids, and have experience with children of all ages, through nanny jobs as well as working in preschools and nurseries. To me, babysitting is not simply a job, it's an opportunity to get to know and help children, and assist their parents. I have never smoked and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I love animals! I cannot lift more than 30 lbs. I can't offer driving services, as I don't have a car, however, I'm able to reliably get to work. I'm open to week end work, as well (respite or recurring jobs). I started a part-time job, work 2-3 days per week. Saturdays are currently open during afternoons and date nights.
