Rates are $30/hr/1 child, $35/hr/2 (care keeps resetting my pay that I have set) Hello! My name is Kayla, I am a compassionate and experienced nanny with a genuine love for children. With 9 yrs of childcare experience, I am dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for your little ones. I have worked with children of all ages, from infants to teens. I have 4yrs of experience as a peer tutor in a special education classroom and spent one summer as a camp counselor for elementary aged kiddos. I also have 2 sisters whom I have a 13yr age gap with, so the better half of my teenage yrs were spent looking after them. :) My approach to childcare focuses on encouraging curiosity, creativity, and independence while maintaining a structured and secure routine. With that, respecting each child's unique personality and needs is very important to me and I can easily adapt to your kiddo's style. I also prioritize open communication with parents to ensure the best care.
