About Kayla

I am looking for a part time position and willing to be flexible for the right family/person. I grew up caring for great grandmother and handicap uncle which fueled my passion for helping others. I started college for psychology and as soon as I turned 18, I became a home health aid. When I worked for the home health agency, I worked with the elderly, disabled, and special needs ranging in age. Since then I have worked through care. com as a nanny, house manager, and special needs caregiver (children). I have an abundance of references from throughout the years. A little bit about me- I recently had my first baby, on 2/2/20. I am engaged. We have 4 dogs so you could say I am a huge animal lover! I am looking to provide care and companionship, and help out in other areas as needed- housework, meal preparation, errands, etc. This career field has always been more than a paycheck for me, I have a huge heart so it's more about helping others and building relationships.
