I have known Kayla for approximately 4 years. She has worked for me and with me. She is very professional and dresses approximately. She is willing to take on any assigned tasks. I have seen her take on another employees responsibilities while that employee was out for several months. This created a hardship on Kayla but she did not complain at all. She continually worked both jobs doing the very best that she could. This pleased management as there were certain areas that they desired the work be continued on even if part of the team was missing.
