About Kayla

I am a former 5th grade teacher looking for nannying/babysitting, pet sitting, tutoring or errand running opportunities. I taught for 8 years before taking a leave this school year to become a certified life consultant and go to a Bible school. Prior to teaching 5th, I have also taught 4th and 1st, as well as, preschool in the summers. I earned my bachelors in elementary education at KSU with a concentration in special education. have had many years of experience with children. I started babysitting in middle school and have worked with kids of all ages, building on my experiences each year. Since high school, I have taken classes for college credit, getting much experience student teaching in preschool and elementary classrooms. Additionally, I have experience working with children who have special needs. I took peer tutoring every year in high school and also worked with Helpers Inc.
