About Kayla

As a dedicated and experienced teacher, I have specialize in providing personalized academic support to students 3 to 18 years old. With training in the Orton-Gillingham approach, I am skilled at teaching reading and writing to students who are struggling or have learning differences. Currently I am a high school resource room teacher, where I focus on helping students achieve their academic goals, building essential skills for lifelong learning. My tutoring sessions are to meet each student's unique needs, fostering a positive and supportive environment that encourages growth and self-advocacy!
