About Kayla

As a caregiver, I'm passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. Drawing from my previous nannying experience, I find great joy in supporting families and providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their little ones. My calm, patient, and friendly nature allows me to easily connect with children and build trusting relationships with them. Open communication is key when it comes to childcare. I believe in keeping parents regularly updated about their child's day, whether it's through verbal communication at pickup or via text or phone calls, depending on their preference. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and safe environment for the children in my care. My experience includes more than 4 years caring for children of various ages, and I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I am currently in graduate school and I am First Aid and CPR trained.
