About Kayla

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, caring and responsible. I have babysat since I turned 15. I used to watch my neighbors kids and now, babysit for a family of 5! I have done multiple overnight visits and have nanny experience with newborns. I want a job that I can enjoy while spending time with kids! The more kids, the better. I began work with kids when I was 2. When my little sister was born, I was called "little mommy" because I loved to care for her. I love babies and have been in the church's kids ministry for years. In spare time, I sing at church and spend time with family. I love karaoke and long drives! One thing you should know about me is I am a great fit for families who have tons of kids and babies! I can be stern if needed, and respect parents rules and boundaries. My skills include communication, planning and problem solving. I believe that communication is necessary for kids of any age. I plan with and for the kids. It's important to know how to solve issues.
