Hi! I've been teaching elementary school for 6 years. Prior to that, I taught on the collegiate level for 5. I have a Masters in Teaching & have taught nearly every grade in elementary! I love tutoring because of the impact I'm able to make, almost immediately. Working in a small group, gives me leverage to really hone in on students individual strengths & guide them to fill in the areas of improvement. I take tutoring very seriously because I understand the vulnerability that goes into a student admitting they may not be the best at a subject. I've taught at both private & public schools so I am familiar with subject standards & differentiation. I am also familiar with the reading foundations, teaching math concepts, STEAM, science & overall grade level comprehension.
