About Kelsey

I am a grad student working towards a masters in marriage and family therapy. I'm looking for part time work to support myself while finishing up school. Providing kids and adults alike with a supportive, trusting, safe environment is a big reason I am drawn to becoming a therapist. I have experience working with kids of all ages, and kids and adults with physical and mental disabilities. I love to cook, help out around the house, engage in projects, conversation, games and play. I am confident in my ability to model emotional regulation and pro social skills for children and make lasting connections with adults I care for. I look forward to chatting about what you are looking for in a caretaker! I'd describe my personality as thoughtful, compassionate and creative. I like working with kids because they have a curious minds and refreshing takes on the world. I am also a goofball so I love being around children because they are not afraid to be playful and silly.
