Hello! I am excited to get to know your family! I am hoping to connect with and support local families through childcare. I have 10 years of experience working with kids and families in a wide range of settings. Starting in college, I worked as a behavior therapist for kids on the Autism Spectrum and have continued working with kids since. I have worked in multiple pre-school and elementary classrooms and love focusing on play as learning. I currently work at a children's hospital and have extensive experience working with medically complex kids. I have a Master's degree in Child Development and Family Science am looking for opportunities to continue to support families in the Tacoma area. I have a background in sports and spend much of my free time staying active and finding ways to be outside. With working full time at the children's hospital, I am typically available weekday evenings and weekends. I hope we connect soon!

We are so grateful to have found Kendall. Our sensitive toddler isn’t so sure about being left alone with people but when Kendall comes over he literally *yells* BYE MOMMY! Kendall is awesome with him- down to play, feed him dinner, and support him emotionally. We have full trust in Kendall- she gets how we parent and is down to mirror that, can help him regulate, redirect, and even helps us build confidence in taking time away (1st child problems 😅). We wholeheartedly recommend Kendall!
