About Kerry

I'm a patient, calm, and nurturing individual who has been caring for children and adults with ID/DD/ASD for combined 23 years. I have ventured into education last year and I love it. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous and my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. I believe in supporting families and providing a reliable childcare option that allows parents peace of mind. My approach to childcare is centered around open communication with parents and/or caregivers. I provide regular updates on the child's day and am always available to discuss any issues or concerns. I follow the parents' lead in terms of enforcing household rules, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and technology-based games and apps. My skills and training include First Aid and CPR, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in my care.
