Kiarra responded to my initial contact immediately, and after a few messages back and forth we set up a date and time for her to come. Today was that time, and she didn't show up. I messaged her after 10 minutes and again after 20 minutes, and now that she's a half-hour late with no word from her, I'm assuming she's not coming. I'm very, very disappointed. This was my first attempt at using care.com, and I'm super disappointed and won't be trying any of the other workers.
