About Kimberley

I'd describe my personality as energetic, positive and empathetic. I like working with kids because I brought up 3 children of my own and enjoyed every minute of it. I love to be silly, take advantage of teaching moments and care for them. I'm looking for a job that I feel passionate about and involves spending time with children. A job allows me to be indoors and outdoors and be creative. I started working with kids when I was 10 years old. Since then, I have brought up 3 kids of my own. I have worked in day care settings and still babysit to this day. In my spare time, I like the beach, walks in nature, creating scrapbooks, reading and spending time with family. One thing you should know about me is that I know how to relate to children. Engaging and connecting with them comes so naturally for me. Children have amazing instincts. They sense my authenticity and feel safe around me. My top 3 child care skills are compassion, effective communication and sound decision making
