About Kimberly

Hi everyone, my name is Kimberly and I have a passion for children. Ever since I was 16 years old, I began growing deep relationships with children. In high school, I took a class where it taught me about what it is to care for and help nurture a child. After graduating, I babysat a family of 3 kids for 6 years, from ages 4 years old up to 10 years old. Afterward, I babysit an 11-year-old girl for 2 years. Then a 2-year-old boy for 1 year. I took a break from babysitting when I began I started making a family of my own! I have a 22-month-old boy which has allowed me to see and understand a whole other perspective of the parent. Currently, I am an intern therapist for children and adolescents. I aim to help children understand and manage their feelings, emotions, and thoughts. Now having a toddler of my own, I know what it is like to handle moments of frustration, and how to embrace moments of love. I hope I am able to meet a family who I can grow with together
