About Kimberly

Hi there! Thanks for considering me to assist your little learner. I have a Master of Education in Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. I love reading and writing so much that it's how I spend most of my free time! I believe that children can have endless fun when they choose to step into a new world through a book or take the time to create their own world through writing stories! I can work with students who need help with getting excited about reading magic tree house books all the way up to assisting students with vocabulary comprehension to get ready for the SATs. Because of my background in counseling, I understand the pressure that can be put on students to achieve academically. Having almost 6 years experience in Higher Education, I am acutely adept at understanding what colleges look for when accepting students. I'm happy to work with your soon-to-be young adult to prep for applications and interviews. I'm excited for us to get working together!
