About Kimberly

I have over 20 years of experience in the childcare industry and have worked with many different families. I started babysitting at the age of 15. I have worked with children of all ages newborn to teenagers. I love watching and being a part of them growing up. I still have close relationships with all the families I have worked for. I believe a nanny can give children the personal care that you would not get in a daycare setting. I feel children need one on one care with a person that they feel safe with in their own home and you create a real bond with them. I am hoping to find a job that I can be more than just a nanny but part of the family. I would like to work as a team in taking care of the children. I want to have an open relationship so we can feel comfortable in talking to each other about anything regarding the children. I feel open communication is very important between nanny and parents. My rate depends on how many children I'm caring for and what other household tasks I am asked to do. I am a happy, outgoing and well organized person. I love arts and crafts, dancing, singing, reading, baking and taking long walks. I am married with 2 children beautiful girls of my own ages 13 and 19.
