Hello! My name is Kirsten, and I'm very excited to get started with Care. com in NY! A little about me- I live in Brooklyn and am currently working as an Executive Assistant. Prior to moving, I spent several wonderful years in Santa Barbara, where I taught Kindergarten and Special Education at a Private School specializing in Montessori curriculum. In addition to my teaching experience, I worked as a nanny for a family with three special needs children. I am so lucky to have met them via Care. com! During this time, I also tutored grades K-11 and cared for an infant on the weekends. I am creative, energetic, positive, and extremely patient. My true passion lies in working with kids! As I explore and figure out my next steps, I'm eager to connect with a family in need of an occasional babysitter who values both fun and educational play. I look forward to connecting!
