About Kristen

I'd describe my personality as calm, confident and compassionate! I like working with kids because I feel children help growth within myself. I know I make a difference in my own children's lives so given the chance to do for others is very rewarding! I'm looking for a job that can create flexibility in my day to day life as a stay at home mom. The chance to create and build new relationships as well. I started working with kids when my nephew was born 11 years ago. Since then I've been given additional nieces and two children of my own! In my spare time, I like to enjoy life with my family. Vacationing at new places, trying new restaurants and also enjoy reading very much! One thing you should know about me is that I'm a very compassionate person. It enables me to build strong and trusting relationships. I think the 3 most important child care skills that I reflect are decision making, listening and speaking skills.
