About Kristen

Hi my name is Kristen but I go by Kris! I've been working with children in various settings like after school centers, summer camps, and even my very own preschool classroom for the past 7 years. I am extremely passionate about children and their growth, safety, and well being and after a career shift away from teaching I'm ready to get back into doing what I love most. Hopefully with your family! I've worked with children from the ages of 6 months up to 12 years old but a majority of my experience is with kids from infant to 5 years old. As a former teacher I am no stranger to planning days full of age appropriate and engaging activities and would love to share my old lesson plans as well as dream up new and fun activities with you and your family! I'm all about letting children be who they are and have heard many a parent compliment me on how special I made their child feel despite them being one of usually about 10 in my classroom.
