About Kristie

Freelance artist who loves child care! I've been a nanny for many years doing everything from homeschooling, laundry, pick-ups, ect. I also taught art geared towards teaching classical realism for quite some time. I taught in a 6-12 student classroom which helped me be personable and fun around kids, but also keep a structured, calm environment. While teaching, I would also work with special needs kids and try to create a fun, loving environment for any child who attended. I excel at being involved with children with various activities depending on their age and interests. Some of my favorite include baking, crafting, pretend play, scavenger hunts, jeopardy, & various outdoor activities. If school is something your children need help with: I have homeschooled children in the past, as well as grew up being homeschooled myself. I also have taken marriage and family psychology and child development courses in college. I typically do laundry or clean up if needed as well.
