Hello! My name is Kristina and I am a 26-year-old special educator. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with my Bachelors in Early Childhood and Special Education as a Dual major. I have cared for children as a profession for over 10 years with experience ranging from babysitting, working in before & after care with school-aged children, tutoring and mentoring with children as young as 4 months to 16-years-old and I am certified in First Aid/CPR. Super flexible. Open to feedback and adjusting things that aren't working. Great at working with difficult children (like my daughter!!) Sets clear guidelines. Creates fun incentives. Would recommend!
