About Kristin

I have experience working with children aging from newborn to 12 yrs. old. I have prepared meals, aided with school preparation and homework (with school age children), bath-time and bedtime routines, and school preparation for younger children. Younger age group daytime hours generally consist of pre-school related activities. I try to run the home similar to a school environment to aid in the transition from home care to school hours. This includes letter, color, and shape recognition, writing, weather, and other fun and engaging learning sessions. I also incorporate arts and crafts to enhance fine motor skills and outdoor playtime routines, such as, visiting parks and petting zoo's to stimulate age group socialization and incorporate different learning experiences. I have a fun and compassionate personality and have the ability to transition between all age groups.
