About Kyle

Currently, I am a teaching artist in a Museum of Art in Manhattan where I work daily with children ages 15mos to 11 years (approx). There I dexterously create and implement art projects, interact with children (and parent/caregiver), and keep the area I work at stocked and clean. Prior I earned my Master's in Art Therapy with a focus on working with elementary aged children. For the past year I interned at a Montessori school, working with children pre-K to 2nd grade. I also spent a ear interning at an after school program for children with physical and mental disabilities (primarily autism). My experience with babysitting reaches back to early high school years. I had two summer long gigs as a babysitter as well as parents who would call me up regularly for sitting jobs. Recently I have babysat in the city sporadically, including for a 7-month-old. I enjoy working with children, can chat with them easily while keeping them engaged and on task.
