Hi there, I'm Lara, 29, a creative living in NYC. I've trained in dance, competed in ballroom, worked in private finance, and served tables at Michelin starred restaurants! I find myself returning to child and pet care over the years as I enjoy the work. I'm looking for a reoccurring part-time position. Ideally as the support in your village as needed (retrieve kids from school, have a date night, etc). I've been providing childcare professionally on-and-off since I was 15 but worked full time as a live-in nanny for 2 years: providing housework support, cooking meals, assisting with homework, etc. My focus is to provide a creative, stable environment for them to learn, grow, and feel safe. I love to cook, do crafts, take walks, and encourage independent play. I'm firm but nurturing and will work with you on any challenges the child may meet. In my free time I love to expand my dance training, read, and recently have taken up learning how to face paint! I look forward to meeting you.
