About Latoya

I've worked in the medical field for 13 years. I started in Long term care. I then worked and on a Cardiac Unit . I'm currently working with a furthering my long term care experience. I've obtained patience and understanding working in different types of environments. I've received advice and it contributed to a lot of the compassion and understanding I have today. I was able to realize that majority of the time when people are upset. It was due to the trials they had to face, not you specifically. When you do run across difficult patients you find out they're hurting. I've learned to find ways to bond with them (music shows etc.) to bring some type of joy and companionship back into their lives. I hope you can see me as a candidate for your loved one.
