Seeking a tutor or nanny for your preschooler? Hi!! I am the mom of 2 grown boys and have 5 years experience in education. I worked 3 years in a Florida elementary school as a paraprofessional with emphasis on small group reading intervention. After moving to Texas I started with the McKinney ISD preschool program working with children 2-5. During Covid I homeschooled a 4-year-old, preparing him for Kindergarten. I have continued to work with this family assisting with school pickups and since September, have been a full time nanny for their now 5-month-old baby girl. I have also worked with a 3-year-old getting her ready for Pre -K. I strive to build lessons around your child's interests to keep them engaged. I believe children learn best through play and art so I incorporate lots of crafts as well as fun science experiments. I love helping children learn and I enjoy showing them the wonders of their world. I also love yoga and often lead my students in kid yoga to help them focus.
