As a nurturing and experienced caregiver with over 15 years of experience, I'm passionate about providing a safe and stimulating environment for children. I have experience caring for children of all ages. Now, as I complete my MD degree and apply for residencies, I seek part-time childcare work. I believe that patience, creativity, and approachability are essential qualities for effective caregiving. I prioritize open communication with parents, using their preferred methods to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and harmonious environment. Engaging children in outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and puzzles are some of my favorite ways to spend time with them. My background includes graduate-level education (BA, MS, MD), First Aid Training, CPR Training, and coursework in Early Child Development.
