I taught 4th and 5th grade for 10 years and since then I have raised two children with Type I Diabetes. I now tutor language arts via online. I have had much success with this, and end up keeping most of my students for 2 or 3 years. They develop excellent speaking and interviewing skills, higher level reading discussion skills, as well as essay, poem, resume and other writing skills. I have my Master's Degree in Education and a Clear Teaching Credential. I would love to help your third through eighth grade child to become a more knowledgeable, confident and self assured person.
