About Laura

I'd describe my personality as caring, positive and flexible. I love working with kids because they are so full of life and energy. They are actively growing and learning every day. I feel that I can make a greater positive impact with children. I mostly started working with kids when I first had my daughter almost 4 years ago. I became her full-time caregiver, which brought me so much joy. I also have cared for the children of others on a regular basis for over a year. In my spare time, I like to read. I also recently enjoyed planning my daughter's birthday party. My skills include all the basics such as preparing meals / snacks and meeting hygiene-related needs. I also prioritize caring for the emotional needs of the child. I engage with kids at their level including playing along in children's activities.
