Just taking a hiatus from nannying to tour the West and Pacific Northwest so would not be available until November. I'm a retired speech-language pathologist who has spent the last 7 years nannying . I helped medical professionals by taking care of their little girl from 4 mo to 3 years and loved it and her! We did all sorts of learning activities for fine and gross motor, sensory pre-academic and art /music. Since our move to Georgia I also did part time nannying for another couple who has a cabin near here during their visits from out of state. Most recently I have kept a delightful baby halftime while mom worked from home. My prior families are happy to provide a reference. (They conducted background check and I have recently completed the annual Care background check). I have had whooping cough and recent flu, RSV vaccines and am up to date on Covid. Would prefer part time. I haven't missed an unscheduled day of work since I started nannying. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I could never encapsulate what Laurie has meant to our family in a brief review. She has guided and educated our 2 1/2 year old F with palpable love and caring. Laurie has quickly become a part of our family and become a touchstone and role model for myself and for my son. My husband and I are constantly filled with gratitude for her finding her way into our lives. She has and continues to leave an indelible mark on my entire family's hearts. As someone without parents, Laurel has filled that void in my sons life, and then some. She is profoundly thoughtful and caring. She brings Santa Claus type bags of educational toys and makes her own too. She has given our son countless fine motor activities with handwritten instructions (that I will certainly be keeping in a scrapbook forever.) That's what love looks like. When you find someone like Laurie, you hold onto her and just thank your lucky stars your child has her in his/her corner.
