Hello my name is Lauren! I am a currently a Montessori teacher and have experience in our infant room (3-18 months) and Early Childhood (3-5 years). Although I've loved being a Montessori teacher I am looking for a full time nanny position. Working with children is something that I've always done and loved, so I recently started my teaching career. As a nanny I like take children on adventures like the park, zoo, aquarium, bike rides, walks, swimming, and local events, anything to get out in fresh air and nature! I love the Montessori philosophy and like to use the same principles while nannying. We follow the child and their interests, promote emotional development, encourage kindness, peace, and love! We use positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior, and believe behavior is a way of communicating for children. We treat children with respect and facilitate their independence!
