About Lauren

Hello! I'm Lauren and I'm here for childcare and house help / needs. I've been in the field of childcare and teaching for the past 3 years. I am currently seeking a family, or 2, to help with childcare needs and assistance. Taking care of children and helping families is what I was born to do. I grew up as the oldest and only girl in a military household. I've known that teaching and nurturing was my calling since I was about 12 years old. For the past 2 years I have been employed as a special needs instructor, I am currently looking forward to focusing my attention towards completing my teaching degree, and in that time I would like to work with an individual family, or families in a home based teaching/ childcare environment. I've been caring for babies and children since I was a child, starting with my own siblings. I have a passion for caring! I am CPR and First Aid certified, as well as proficient in ABA teaching strategies for individuals with behavioral and special needs.
