My son warmed up to Lauren from the beginning . The most important things to me is that he is healthy and happy , and he has so much fun with her . Always smiling , always safe . Probably the best pick on Care.com. Will be using her help long term. Wish I could post his smile , but he is very happy with Lauren. :-)
