About Lauren

Hi families! My name is Lauren and my friends describe me as a very dependable, positive, trustworthy, and fun person. I am in my second year of the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Michigan. I enjoy working with children of all ages and have experience caring for children and individuals with special needs. I am great at organizing and planning. I love to cook and do not have any problems doing some light housekeeping (picking up after the children, doing dishes, occasional children's laundry, etc.). I am excellent at making super fun and healthy snacks for children as a fun bonus! Over the years I have worked as a swim instructor, women's health medical assistant, RA in a freshman dorm, tutor, and most recently as a triage nurse at a pediatric clinic. I am certain my skills and experiences will allow me to make a lasting impact through care, attention, and fun. I look forward to meeting you!
