Hi there! I go by my middle name, Joy. As a caregiver for 20 years, I find joy in nurturing children's growth & development. My patient & creative personality, along with effective communication skills, allows me to build strong relationships with children & their families. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring a safe & structured environment. I enjoy playing various games, including outdoor activities, educational games, and imaginative play. For 4 years I worked at an Orphanage in Kenya as the asst. manager responsible for the care & love of 30 kids whose ages ranged from 1 day to 16 years. Responsibilities included meal planning, infant care, transportation, education, working with special needs, organization & medical. I have worked in my church kids ministry, daycare, and as a nanny. I can comfortably care for 3 children and am willing to assist with meal prep, carpooling, housekeeping, travel & swimming. I look forward to supporting your family& child's wellbeing!
