About Lauren

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, calm, and caring. I enjoy working with kids because I love to see them learn new things and grow into who they are going to be. I am one of oldest out of 7 grandchild, and love being around the chaos of it all. I'm looking for a job that I can help provide a caring and safe environment for kids. And in doing so allow for their parents to feel comfortable and trust that their kids are in good hands when they are away from them. I began working with kids 12 years ago. I first helped to watch my baby cousins, and then I started babysitting a few neighbors on my own. Since then, I have interned at a preschool and nannied full time during the summer when I was home from college. I love to travel, read, and spend time with my family! One thing you should know about me is I normally don't like to stay still. I love being active and getting outside for fresh air as much a possible! My skills include patience, empathy, and communication.
