I have worked in a nursing home facility for 21 years doing housekeeping and laundry we are small home so you did do some hands on care with residents. I have done 9 months as a companion caregiver medicine reminders, making meals, light housekeeping and laundry, some shopping.

Laurie did a wonderful job caring for our home bound, 83 yo father. We live 6 hours away and needed help desperately. She assisted him with his shopping, laundry, prescription pick up and house work etc.. She rushed over to help him the night his lift chair broke and called us immediately while she tried to help fix it and resolve what could be done till we got there. He has since moved in with us. We would definitely hire her again if he ever moves back.
