About Layla

Hi! I'm Ms. Layla! I am a credentialed elementary school teacher with 8+ years of teaching experience and 10+ years of child care experience. Although I am currently a stay-at- home mom, I would love the opportunity to continue teaching by offering individualized learning support through tutoring. Teaching is an incredibly fulfilling and rewarding career. I am looking for a job that allows me to utilize my knowledge of teaching and education in order to help students and their families. My goal is to ensure students build confidence through their studies so that they can navigate their own educational journey during grade school and beyond. In my spare time, I like to go on hikes with my family, rock climb, and discover new coffee shops in nearby walkable neighborhoods. I also love taking my son to the San Diego Zoo.
