Hello, my name is Lay and I am a energetic, patient, and fun loving 24-year-old who lives in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. I am the oldest of three children in my family. I have been babysitting my siblings since the age of 12, and embraced the responsibility of being able to aid in their growth. I have experience with ECE and have worked with a wide range of children. I also have been working in a daycare for 7 going on 8 years. While working there I did things such as arts & crafts, light cleaning, serving lunch & snacks, teaching children things varying from colors to numbers during carpet time. I love reading and was sure to always include that in our day. Watching every child I encountered grow was such a great and rewarding experience. I am hardworking, consistent, energetic, & goal oriented. My goal is to always bring consistency, fun, and love to any child or family I meet! Ms.Laytriana is an absolutely beautiful person on the inside and out . I am a first time mom which makes me a bit of a helicopter parent . Ms.Laytriana has been so patient with me and my son . Any and every worry that I had about someone watching my son who wasn't family went out the window . The way she cares and nurture's my son is absolutely astonishing . My son gets excited when ever I say her name which even more allows me to know that he is in great hands . She has always been on time and available even when I have had a family emergency. I can't imagine anyone else caring for him.
