After staying at our home for over an hour and meeting the whole family, Leah received hugs from our little one and seemed genuine. We all agreed on a date and time for a trial day the day after next, unfortunately Leah was a no call, no show. I texted to ask if something had changed and received no response. A simple text would have sufficed, but ghosting us like that uncovered a bigger problem that I'm glad I found out about sooner rather than later.
