About Leah

Hi! I'm Leah, a graduating senior at Pittsford Mendon High School. Next year, I plan on majoring in psychology and minoring in outdoor studies at Saint Lawrence University. I grew up with and caring for my two younger sisters, which led me to pursue babysitting. I started babysitting when I was 15 after I got my Babysitting Certification through American Red Cross. I have also been working as a youth coach and camp counselor at RocVentures Climbing Gym for 2 years, so I have much experience working with kids. This job has especially taught me behavior management and safety skills. In my spare time, I like to hike and rock climb both indoors and outdoors. I have completed the ADK 46 High Peaks, and am currently working on doing them all in the winter. I love going on adventures, and encourage youth to engage themselves in activities that don't involve screens! I am looking for a reliable summer job and I am willing to be flexible with my schedule :)
