About Leilani

Hello, My name is Leilani, considering I'm the oldest out of 6 children I know everything there is to know about taking care of the family and team work. I currently work as a in-home care provider in penfield ny, taking care of an elderly woman who has COPD. But I live in Hamlin ny, distance is no problem, Ive worked on multiple cases with individuals/family's that suffer from Parkinson's disease, heart failure, Alzheimer's, dementia, developmental disabilities etc. Along with my care I can provide organization (meal preparation, medication log, light housekeeping) grocery shopping/errands, bathing/clothing, changing catheters & depends, I also have reliable transportation and references. I knew I wanted to pursue a career in health care my senior year in high school when I volunteered as a classroom aide everyday after school 11am-2 p.m. working with children who had developmental disabilities. I've participated in the Special Olympics and also lots of separate field trips/ activity
